Peperoncino made easy! A must have for Italian dishes



Recycled a maple syrup bottle (cleans up like new with Lemon oil BTW) sticky reside be gone.

 Then roasted a few tablespoons of Calabrian chilli flakes and then added pure olive oil!!

Some recipes slowly heat the oil and flakes at the same time, but I’ve made it like this time and time again with success.

Now we wait for a while for the flavours to imbue and then drizzle over savoury dishes for that spicy touch!!

Giving it a shake each day, can help the process along too.
