Cottage cheese and egg flatbread!
So I’ve been seeing this pop up everywhere on my socials lately, and thought I’d give it a try as we were out of bread for lunch.
It’s seriously SO simple to make and it was absolutely delicious, full of protein and wasn’t heavy like a sandwhich or a roll can be!
So all you do is….
RECIPE
1 cup of cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Good pinch of celtic salt
A pinch of chopped rosemary
Blend up in a TM or blender for a few seconds until combined, then spread out into a grease proof paper lined baking tray.
Bake for 35 minutes on 170 celsius
Allow to cool and fill with your favourite lunch food.
Today we used avocado, mortadella, white onion, tomato’s and dressing.
