Triple Layer Citrus & Hemp Slice
Base
1/2 cup almonds
1 cup shredded coconut
3 tablespoons cacao powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
pinch of pink salt
10 drops of dōTERRA wild orange essential oil
Middle
12 medjool dates, seeds removed
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons almond butter
1/3 cup hemp seeds
2 tablespoons coconut oil (liquified)
1 teaspoon maca powder
pinch of pink salt
10 drops of dōTERRA lemon essential oil
Top
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of cacao powder
shredded coconut for topping
Method
Blend all base ingredients and press into a greaseproof paper lined tray.
Then mix really well all the middle ingredients and spread out onto the base layer and refrigerate.
Mix the topping ingredients well to make a smooth paste and spread that over the middle layer, add a handful of coconut onto top layer and refrigerate again.
Cut into squares and serve.
