🌺 Ok let’s talk about sniffs, sneezes, scratchy eyes! Sometimes these winds blow in pollen, making us stuffed up and in need of a clear out!
🌼 Respiratory support diffuser blend - 3 drops each of Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint. Have the diffuser going in your living area, or bedroom and occasionally take some gentle sniffs from the diffuser mist!
🌺 Add 1 drop of Lemon, Peppermint and Lavender in a small shot glass of water and drink, follow up with another glass of water afterwards.
🌼 1 drop of all 3 into the palm of your hands, then rub hands together, and inhale with closed eyes. Take several deep breaths to really open and clear out stuffiness.
🌺 To help unblock a stuffy nose - Apply one drop of Lemon oil across the bridge of your nose, avoid going into the sun directly afterwards as Lemon is photosensitive. Make sure you do both sides, I find it just opens the airways and dries up any drippy noses.
🌼 Respiratory support Roller ball recipe - In a 5 ml roller bottle add 6 drops of each and top up with fractionated coconut oil and apply on sinus area, throat and neck, repeat throughout the day or when you need.
