It's crazy that breathing is so important to our lives and that our very breath can be affected by so many different things, when we're stressed, unwell or especially when travelling.
Here are some helpful tips for you;
🌞In the morning take some deep belly breaths and even the act of raising your arms above your head, while deep breathing, helps to really open up your lungs!
😷When we're sick applying a few drops of Easy Air (also known as Breathe and Air in different world markets) into the palms of the hands and doing an inhalation, or into a diffuser is great for opening up the airways, so you can breathe again.
💧 With different essential oils in this blend like : Cardamom, Peppermint, Ravintsara, Tea Tree, Laurel, Lemon and others, are all in support of everything respiratory.
✋You can also rub a few drops together in your hands and then breathe this blend in through your nose and mouth. Close your eyes though, as it will make them water. Also rubbing them on your chest, perhaps use a little carrier oil if you have sensitive skin (we recommend Fractionated coconut oil) or its for children. Or even on your clothes is great as you'll keep breathing in the vapours for a while.
✈️Have you ever noticed when you're on a plane how your water bottle ends up being compressed to half its size, imagine that is how your lungs feel! Well rubbing a couple of drops in your hands until they warm up and then breathing the blend in, is amazing to make the flight easier and to help you arrive feeling fresher.
😴Do you snore or does your partner? This can be a lifesaver and stop you wanting to give them tontine therapy! (If you don't know what this therapy is, it's when you smother their face with a pillow 😂) A few drops into an ultrasonic diffuser also helps wonderfully to keep the airways open throughout the night and to reduce the snoring.
