🌹 Where these precious oils come from

These are three of the most precious oils in the dōTERRA range. It takes an incredible amount of flowers to make just a few drops, which is why they come in the Touch range, already diluted with fractionated coconut oil and ready to roll straight onto your skin.

🌹 Rose – Made from the Damask rose (Rosa damascena), famously grown in Bulgaria’s Valley of the Roses. The delicate petals are picked by hand in the early morning, when their scent is strongest, and it takes thousands of petals to make a single drop of oil.

🤍 Jasmine – Jasmine flowers release their beautiful scent at night, so they’re hand picked in the very early morning before the sun warms them. The flowers are so delicate that they need a gentle extraction rather than steam distillation to capture their scent.

🍊 Neroli – Made from the white blossoms of the bitter orange tree, which grows in the warm Mediterranean sun. The blossoms are hand picked in spring and steam distilled into one of the most uplifting floral oils there is.

✨ The 1 1 1 self love ritual, step by step

1. Take all 3 lids off the Touch rollers.
2. Roll the number 1 1 1 with each of the oils along your palm.
3. Add a dab of your daily moisturiser and blend all the oils together.
4. Apply to your face and décolletage, slowly and lovingly.
5. While you do, look deeply into your eyes in the mirror and repeat an intention or affirmation.
