❤️ I reckon this was the first “AHA” moment I had with dōTERRA, when this blend actually worked!

I used to work in the disability field and unfortunately would get colds, flus and bugs galore, and my immune system was suffering.

🍊 What’s in On Guard?

On Guard is dōTERRA’s protective blend of Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus and Rosemary. It’s got a beautiful spicy smell, a bit like Christmas!

– Clove and Cinnamon: warming, powerful cleansing oils
– Wild Orange: uplifting and purifying
– Eucalyptus: beautiful for clear breathing
– Rosemary: cleansing and energising

The blend was inspired by the legend of thieves in medieval Europe who were said to protect themselves with aromatic herbs and spices… and it still smells like a warm spice cupboard!

💧 How I use On Guard, step by step

The gargle:
1. Add 1 to 2 drops of On Guard to a glass of water. (On Guard is one of the food-grade, ingestible oils in dōTERRA’s range.)
2. Stir, gargle, and then swallow.
3. Repeat every few hours when you have that scratchy throat feeling.

It truly shortened the time I was feeling blah, made that scratchiness go, and had me bouncing back in such a short time, compared to bouts in bed or time off work.

The feet:
1. Mix a few drops of On Guard into a little fractionated coconut oil.
2. Rub it into the soles of the FEET regularly.
3. Rest and drink plenty of water.

The diffuser:
– Diffuse On Guard with other powerhouse oils like Tea Tree, Oregano and Frankincense. I use it as a preventer too if I’m around people who are sick, just to keep me well.

The cleaning:
– Add a few drops to your mop bucket, or to your spray bottle for non toxic cleaning. It’s all I use now, and it WORKS!!!
