🍵 How to use it, step by step

1. Mix 1 to 2 drops with a little fractionated coconut oil.
2. Rub onto your belly in a CLOCKWISE direction for a few minutes. This follows the natural direction of your digestive tract.

For nausea and queasiness:
1. Apply 1 to 2 drops to your wrists, rub them together and breathe in.
2. Or simply inhale straight out of the bottle, as the aroma will quickly help settle your stomach.

Throughout the day:
– Add 1 to 2 drops to your glass or stainless steel water bottle for digestive support.

As a tea:
– Add 2 drops to a cup of hot water (cooled a little) and sip. We love this after a big meal!
