Cheats Way of blending FCO Roller

🦊 Don’t get me wrong, I love to make up roller bottles… but after a while you end up with a collection of them and my drawer gets a bit cluttered!

💙 I still have my die-hard ones for immunity, Calm and Peace, and Sleep… but sometimes I don’t want to make up a whole new one if I feel like a particular oil one day and then not the next!

So I came up with this idea! 💡

🥥 Why we dilute with FCO

Fractionated coconut oil (FCO) is coconut oil that stays liquid, has no smell, doesn’t stain and soaks into the skin beautifully. Diluting your essential oils with a carrier oil like this:
– Helps protect sensitive skin, especially with “hot” oils like Cinnamon, Oregano or Clove
– Helps the oils spread over a bigger area
– Slows evaporation, so the aroma lasts longer on your skin
– Makes your precious oils go further!

🧴 The cheat’s roller, step by step

1. Fill an old (or new) 10ml roller bottle with fractionated coconut oil. It fits right in your essential oil box!
2. Each morning, check in with yourself and choose the oil or oils you MUST have that day.
3. Roll a little spot of FCO onto your wrist.
4. Drop 1 to 2 drops of your chosen essential oil onto that spot.
5. Rub your wrists together, then cup your hands over your nose and breathe it in.

🌈 Feeling drawn to lots of oils?

Some days I am (I am a Gemini, so that’s often 😂)! Roll a strip of FCO up your forearm, drop several different oils along the strip and then rub them all in. Genius, right?

🌿 Some of our favourite combos to try

– Uplift: Wild Orange + Peppermint
– Calm: Lavender + Vetiver
– Focus: Rosemary + Lemon
– Grounding: Frankincense + Cedarwood

⚠️ Keep hot oils (Cinnamon, Clove, Oregano) off the delicate skin on your wrists, and avoid putting citrus oils on skin that will be in the sun for 12 hours.
