Centering and Grounding

😍 These two together bring such a quick sense of the here and now!

💙 Align – from the Yoga Collection

Align is a beautiful blend of Rose, Jasmine, Marjoram, Geranium, Bergamot, Coriander, Peppermint and Basil, already mixed with fractionated coconut oil in a handy roller. It’s all about trust and centring… coming back to yourself and your own core.

💧 Balance – the grounding blend

Balance is a blend of Frankincense, Osmanthus, Blue Tansy, Spruce and Ho Wood, and comes as both a roller and a bottle. These oils all work together to ground you and bring that feeling of calm and serenity. It’s one of the oils we reach for the most!

✨ Why they work so well together

Align lifts and opens you up with its florals, while Balance roots you down with its woods and resins. Together they meet in the middle, so you feel centred AND grounded, calm but present. They work synergistically!

👃 How does smell do this?

Our sense of smell is directly linked to the limbic system, the part of the brain that looks after emotions and memory. That’s why a single breath of a beautiful oil can shift how you feel in seconds.

🧘 A simple centring ritual, step by step

1. Find a quiet moment, even just 2 minutes.
2. Roll one swipe of Align and one swipe of Balance onto your wrists.
3. Rub your wrists together, then cup your hands over your nose.
4. Breathe in deeply for a count of 4, and out slowly for a count of 6. Repeat 5 times.
5. Say out loud or to yourself: “I am calm, I bring peace and grounding into my life, I am centred, present and so happy with the here and now.”
6. Feel your feet on the floor before you carry on with your day.

🌿 When we love to use it

– First thing in the morning, to set the tone for the day
– Before meditation or yoga
– Before a big meeting, a phone call or a difficult conversation
– At the end of a busy day, to land back in your body

Breathe… you’re right where you need to be. 💙
